McDonogh is a nondenominational, coeducational independent school in Owings Mills, Maryland educating students from prekindergarten through twelfth grade. The role of athletics in a McDonogh student’s life is important. The Athletic Department believes athletics are an extension of the academic day where valuable lessons are taught. Our sports programs are designed to be in harmony with the educational objectives of the school, and we believe in a multi-sport philosophy. Additionally, we seek to provide opportunities in which students can participate in a healthy and competitive environment and develop socially, mentally, and physically.
